Placing an order

Magic Power Technology Inc. accepts domestic and international orders. When placing an order, please fax or e-mail us your corporate purchase order or you can download our order form, fill in the necessary information and fax or e-mail it back to us.

Your order or your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Magic Power Technology Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order.

All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our accounting department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Shipping
All orders are shipped FOB Sunnyvale, CA unless otherwise specified by Magic Power Technology Inc. Orders are shipped per customer’s specification with proper shipping account number supplied (FOB Sunnyvale, Ca.) Magic Power Technology does NOT ship FOB Destination.

Our standard method of shipment is UPS Ground Uninsured.
Other shipping methods include UPS Red, UPS Blue, UPS Orange, FedEx Priority and FedEx Standard.
We usually ship your orders the next business day unless otherwise specified after the receipt of your orders. If you have special rush requirements, please contact us at 1-408-329-4793 to make arrangements.

We are not responsible for any mishandling of packages and/or any delays in delivery due to the fault of the shipping company.

In the event of the shipment was damaged in transit, please notify us and the carrier the same day by phone and in writing.

 
Order Cancellation and Rescheduling
All cancellations and reschedules are subject to final approval by Magic Power Technology Inc.
Cancellation charges on standard products are a minimum of 20%.
All special order, built to order, no standard, and modified products ordered are non-cancelable.
International orders are non-cancelable.
 
Handling Fee
All international orders are subject to an additional handling fee.
A handling fee will be applied for orders that total less than $500.
 
Warranty service
In all cases, you must have a RMA number that must be obtained from Magic Power Technology Inc.

Warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped from Magic Power Technology Inc.

Out of warranty service is subject to credit approval.

Any physical damage will void any warranty terms.

Magic Power Technology Inc. warrants to the original purchaser only.

 
Sales policy agreement
By placing an order to Magic Power Technology Inc, a customer has agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale as indicated on www.mgpowerusa.com and to the total dollar amount of the sales, and authorized Magic Power Technology Inc. to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified.

Magic Power Technology Inc. reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions and the web site, www.mgpowerusa.com, at any time.

 
Return/RMA policies
Returns are only accepted if within 30 days of invoice date.

All merchandise returned for credit, repair, or exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns are not accepted without Magic Power Technology Inc. issued RMA number. (Request for RMA form) To request an RMA number, please complete the RMA request form (You can download it from www.mgpowerusa.com or asked us to fax it to you.) and fax it back with a copy of invoices. Serial number and problem description (technical support form) must be included.

Re-stocking charges on standard product are a minimum of 40% or $50.00, whichever is higher.

All special orders, built to orders, non-standard, and modified products ordered are non-returnable.

International orders are non-returnable. No RMA # will be issued without proper serial # and the correct invoices.

All merchandise must be shipped via prepaid freight, products must be received within 10 days of the RMA issuance date including all original manuals and accessory items for validation. Product(s) received after 10 working days of RMA issuance date will be returned freight collect.

Magic Power Technology Inc. will not be responsible for any lost packages and or accessories during shipping.

All warranties are based on original invoice date. The seller must be notified of any Dead On Arrival (DOA) products within 10 days of the invoice date.

There will be a 40% restocking fee on all refused shipments or returned merchandise unless unit is defective. Shipping charges is non-refundable.

RMA returning to the customer will be shipped via UPS Ground. Other shipping methods can be arranged (additional charges apply).

The RMA number must be marked outside of each shipping box; otherwise, they will be refused.

Please allow 4-8 weeks from the time you ship/return the merchandise back to us for the appropriate credit to appear in your account. If you have not received your credit after 8 weeks, please email us for an update.
