Q: Will you offer case cover for your open frame power supply?
A: We offer case cover for certain models of open frame products. If you look at our specification and see the dimension (W*L*H) of power supply is 3.0.5.0.1.6", we may have the case cover for that particular product. Please contact our sales person to assist you on this matter.

Q: Which safety standards does your product conform to?
A: We try very hard to obtain safety certificates for all of our products. Due to the nature of power supply designs and its purpose, we apply different types of safety certificates for each device such as UL 60601-1, CSA 601-1,
and EN 60601-1. Please view our technical specification sheet for details.
If you require our power supplies to be specifically certified prior to purchase, please contact us directly. We may have already submitted a request for a particular certification.

Q: I just purchased a power supply from you (P/N: MPI-810H) and do not have the cable for it, can you tell me what connectors I need to make my own cable?
A: : Please refer to our specification/drawing sheet for the following;
AC input / TB1 on drawing - connector P/N: Molex 5273-05 or equivalent
TB2 on drawing - connector P/N: Molex 5239-14 or equivalent
TB3 on drawing - connector P/N: Molex 5557-04 or equivalent
You can also contact our sales dept to purchase the cables for your power supplies.

Q: What is the thread size for MPD-810H?

Q: How do I mount MPD-810H to system chassis?
A: The MPD-810H is designed with U-chassis. The U-chassis is not only providing the mounting mechanism but also used to dissipate the heat generated by the power supply. The typical U-chassis should be directly mounted on the system chassis. This means the U-chassis should be directly in contact with the system chassis. This makes the heat generated by the power supply to be dissipated through the outer system chassis. Please refer to the mechanical section in the specification for the position of mounting holes and the height of the screw.
