Feb, 22, 2005, Sunnyvale, Magic Power Technology Inc. announces a new addition to the Medical Class Power Adapter Family (P/N: MPM-X50 series). This new adapter has a universal input from
90 ~ 264VAC and is IEC 60601-1 and TUV EN60601-1 approved.
We designed this unit to cover output voltage 5V, 12V, 13.8V, 15V, 19V and 24V DC in order to satisfy the wide of medical devices. The maximum leakage current is less than 0.5mA at input 264VAC. Its
efficiency is greater than 75% with a low peak-to-peak ripple. The conductive EMI meets CISPR/FCC class B and EN 60601-1-2. Furthermore, this unit was created to have a built-in protection feature for both
short circuit and over voltage occurrences.
This innovative product line was created to be suitable in medical applications, patient room information devices and non-patient contact medical equipments. Our main concern is this unit will function
accurately where reliable power is critical.
