The MPI-815H is a AC/DC open frame ATX switching power supply with active PFC. The MPI-815 switching power supply features universal input, ATX output (3.3V/5V/12V/-12V/+5V stand-by), utilizes thermally efficient U-channel chassis and has no noise quality. The MPI-815H is designed for use with ultra quiet, low to mid level of power consumption systems such as digital media device based on VIA EPIA M-Series Mini-ITX Main-board or for Industrial grade applications, DVR, gaming machines, entertainment devices and embedded system applications.

Turn-on Delay Time required for initial output voltage stablization between 0.3 second and 6 seconds.
  • The maximum combined total output power on the 3.3V and 5V rails is 90W.
  • Initial setting accuracy is at input 110 VAC and all output at 60$ rated load.
Interface Signals and Internal Protection
Power On/Off The power supply will be turned on when the power On/Off ping is connected to secondary GND.
Power Good Signal When power is turned on, the power good signal will go high 100 ms to 500 ms after all output DC voltages are within regulation limits.
Power Fail Signal The power fail signal will go low at least 1 ms before any of the output voltages fall below the regulation limits.
Short Circuit Protection Fully protected against output overload and short circuit. Automatic recovery upon of overload condition.
Over Voltage Protection The over voltage protection circuit will shut down the outputs to prevent damaging external circuits if error conditions occurred. The trigger point is about 5.4~5.8 at +5V. If the OVP occur, PSU cannot be recovered.
Over Temperature Protection Fully protected against output overload and over temperature. The protection point is at the temperature of the HS1 over 110 °C. After the temperature of HS1 goes down, the power supply will restart automatically.
